Shipping

• All orders received before 15:00 from Monday to Thursday, will be shipped the same day; any orders received after 15:00 will be shipped the following day.
• All orders received from Friday through to Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (postponed if it is a holiday).

Domestic (including outlying islands)

Enjoy free shipping when you spend NTD1,000 or more on a single order.
(*Except for special events, the final shipping fee is calculated according to the final order amount determined by our system)
If the free shipping minimum is not satisfied, a shipping fee of NT$60 will be added to your order.

Delivery Via Courier

• Taipei, New Taipei and Keelung: About 1-3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)
• All other areas: About 2-4 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Outlying islands or remote areas: About 3-5 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)

Convenience Store Pick-Up

•  7-11 and FamilyMart for these two major convenience stores require proof of ID when picking up package. Please be sure to write the “recipient’s real name” accurately and bring the ID with the same name to pick up the goods, otherwise you will not be able to collect it.
• Once shipped, the order will be delivered to your designated store within 3 to 5 working days. (If there are any issues or delays, please refer to the actual times of the convenient stores)
• When the product arrives at the designated store, you will be notified via SMS/Email (Note: Please be sure to complete the pickup within 7 days of delivery)
• Urgent orders are not possible using this method, please keep this in mind when using convenient store pickup service

International Shipping

※We currently offer shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Australia, the United States, Canada and other regions. If your country or region is not listed, please contact our customer service first. We will provide you with the shipping costs you need to bear.

※Import duty standards vary from country to country. It is recommended to check with your local government regulations before purchasing. If any duties and related fees are incurred, the recipient will be responsible for them.

• All overseas orders will be shipped via international couriers. The delivery times vary depending on the region. We will provide a tracking number for your reference.
• To ensure timely delivery, please be sure to fill in the receiver’s information in full: English name, complete English receiving address (including postal codes), and local contact number.
• Payment method for all international orders via Paypal only.
• Due to different regulations in overseas transactions, some products may not be able to be delivered or cleared through customs. It is recommended that you confirm whether the product can be delivered to the designated country before purchasing.
• International shipping costs are high and the procedures are complicated. Unless the product itself is defective, returns and exchanges for any reason will not be accepted for overseas orders. Please be aware before placing your order.
