Where and how to apply them? How long can I apply them for? How many should I use at a time?
Most sore muscle patches are recommended by medical professionals to be used for a maximum of 6 hours before causing burden to the body. Since BALANCE does not contain any medication, it can be used safely for much longer. The product can be used as long as the adhesive maintains it effectiveness. It’s recommended that after 3~4 days, new ones be applied as the change will allow the skin to rest and breathe.
The patch can be applied directly to the sore spot on your body or many patches can be applied to the area surrounding the sore spot to increase effectiveness.
Further, since everyone’s body is unique and different, the number of patches required for efficacy will be different for each person. If one patch is not enough, add another and so on to increase the effects of the mineral functions. (can refer to the picture below)

The mineral emission rate is related to the surface area in contact with the body. The larger the surface are in contact the higher the efficacy. Compared with necklaces, bracelets and other products, BALANCE has a larger surface area of contact with the body. Therefore, the mineral content cannot be designated with a star rating for this item as it will vary depending on the actual surface area in contact with the skin.
Balance Mineral Patches use 3M medical-grade breathable and skin-friendly adhesive which is hypoallergenic and has been tested for cytotoxicity, skin irritation and sensitivity required by ISO 10993 medical device biocompatibility assessment.
However, because everyone’s skin is different, no patch can guarantee that everyone will not be allergic. We can only try to minimize the possibility of sensitivity during use. Therefore, it is recommended that those with sensitive skin can first take a single patch and apply it on the skin for testing. If there is no sensitivity or discomfort, you can use it with confidence. The length of usage time for each application varies from person to person. We recommend replacing the patches after 3 to 4 days to allow the skin to breathe between applications.

Indeed, a high proportion of customers report that their sleep quality has improved significantly after using Artificer products, so it is likely that their sleep problems are caused by physiological rather than psychological factors. However, if the quality of sleep is poor due to pressure or tension, you can try low-intensity exercises, go for a soak in the bath or similar relaxing activities to relieve your stress. If the problems are not psychological, you can try using BALANCE patches.

One of the mineral functions provided by Artificer products is the emission of far-infrared rays, which can assist local blood microcirculation, so it is favored by many female customers who have discomfort during their menstrual cycle. The sulfur in hot springs will cause oxidation (sulfidation) of the minerals in Artificer products, affecting the mineral properties and causing the loss of product functionality. So, when enjoying and soaking in hot springs, be sure to take off Artificer products!
BALANCE patches utilize 3M’s medical grade 2730 series adhesive, which has good adhesion and can be used when washing hands and bathing. However, the adhesive (as all adhesives) will gradually decrease when it is exposed to moisture and gets wet.
Yes, you may use the BALANCE patch with other patches at the same time and it will not affect or burden the body in any way. But, for other sore muscle patches, please be sure to pay attention to the usage time and use as needed. (A soreness patch should not be applied for more than 6 hours at a time, and should not use more than one patch at a time to avoid burdening the body.)

Due to the excellent adhesion of the patch, it’s normal to occur adhesive residue after long-term use. The adhesive is a low-sensitivity acrylic adhesive developed by 3M. It can be removed by simply flushing with water or gently rubbing with an oily product (such as body or hand lotion).
It is recommended that when removing, hold the skin with one hand and peel along the grain of hair growth with the other hand at a low angle. Go slowly, try to avoid going against the grain of hair growth and avoid using a high angles (which can easily pull hair and epidermis), which can effectively reduce the pain.
The expiry date of BALANCE patches is 3 years, which is based on 3M company’s defined efficacy of its adhesive. We recommend storing it properly in the zip bag provided after opening the package to avoid moisture and sunlight, and use it as soon as possible within the expiry date period.
Yes, but should avoid using it on areas close to or on the abdomen, because the growth of the fetus during pregnancy will make the skin of the pregnant woman's abdomen more sensitive and fragile, which may increase the risk of allergies. If you are prone to swelling and discomfort during pregnancy, you can apply multiple patches at one time to help relieve discomfort in the affected areas during pregnancy.
When an "acute" sports injury occurs, please first use ice to reduce swelling and pain. It is recommended to use hot compress (or use this product) after 72 hours to relieve the discomfort of the affected area to avoid aggravating swelling.
