Q1: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty for Artificer accessory (bracelets, necklaces) products from the date of purchase (not covering improper use by user). Product warranty cards are included in the product packaging. Please go to the Product Warranty page to complete the product registration form to ensure your rights!
Q2: What should I do if I need to return or exchange the product after purchasing?
Q3: I bought a bracelet on-line but it was the wrong size. Can I go to your head office to exchange it or do I need to send it back?
Q4: Are all the products repairable?
Q5: If repairs are needed, how long does it take? What is your repair process?
Q6: If the insides of my white bracelet or necklace have begun to turn yellow and the product is within warranty. Can I send it back for your help?
