Q1: Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty for Artificer accessory (bracelets, necklaces) products from the date of purchase (not covering improper use by user). Product warranty cards are included in the product packaging. Please go to the Product Warranty page to complete the product registration form to ensure your rights!

Q2: What should I do if I need to return or exchange the product after purchasing?

Products purchased from Artificer's official on-line site are subject to a 7-day return period (note! The 7-day period is not a trial period). The product can be returned unconditionally within 7 days of receipt of the product only if it was not used within this period and properly stored the product’s original packaging.Go to the after-sales service page to apply for a return or exchange.

＊If you purchased from an Artificer authorized dealer or other on-line retailer, please refer to the relevant regulations of each company for their return and exchange policy and procedures.

Q3: I bought a bracelet on-line but it was the wrong size. Can I go to your head office to exchange it or do I need to send it back?

Please first confirm whether you purchased it onArtificer's official website.If so, please go to the product return and exchange page to fill in the application information, and then send the product back complete with the original packaging, or call (02) 2581-6222 to make an appointment and visit our company in person to return or exchange the product.

If you purchased from other channels, please contact the store where you originally purchased it. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Q4: Are all the products repairable?

Q5: If repairs are needed, how long does it take? What is your repair process?

All products are provided with free warranty service within one year from the date of purchase (proven by invoice) against damage caused by manufacturing defects; since parts must be sent from the factory, the repair time is approximately 5 to 7 working days (excluding holidays) and logistics time), if it is earlier, we will contact you by phone.

Q6: If the insides of my white bracelet or necklace have begun to turn yellow and the product is within warranty. Can I send it back for your help?

Sorry, that's not possible.

It is true that a few people will experience yellowing when using our white and baby blue products. However, these rare cases are caused by the oils secreted by the individual's skin, adhering to the product and is not a product quality issue therefore it can’t be sent back for cleaning. Just like white sheets and clothes, even if they are used normally, they will produce varying degrees of yellowing due to different body types.

Q7: What is a 7-day Appreciation Period?

According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers may terminate the contract by returning the goods or receiving written notice within seven days after receiving the goods or receiving services, without giving reasons or paying any fees or consolidations. However, the following exceptions do not apply:

(1) It is prone to expiration, has a short shelf life, or is about to expire when the contract is terminated.
(2) If the product is customized for the customer in anyway.
(3) Newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
(4) Audio-visual products or computer software opened by consumers.
(5) Digital content not provided in tangible media or online services that once provided must be receive the prior consent of the consumer.
(6) Unpacked personal hygiene products.
(7) International air passenger transport services.

In addition, the 7-day appreciation period refers to the"decision period"and not the trial period! Items must be in complete and restorable condition before returns can be made. Therefore, if a merchant encounters a situation where a consumer wants to return a product that has traces of use beyond what is necessary for inspection or requires a fee to be restored, the merchant can negotiate with the consumer on necessary expenditures such as the cost of refurbishment of the product.

⚠️The 7-day appreciation period begins from the day after receiving the product and includes holidays.
