Q1: What types of payment options are available?

We use Green World ECPay for our online payments and offer: credit card (one-time payment), ATM online transfer, Convenience Store Code payment and other payment methods. All transactions are completely and securely encrypted, so you can use it with peace of mind. Note that for Convenience Store Code payments the maximum amount is limited to NT$6,000, therefore please choose to pay by credit card or ATM transfer if your total exceeds this.

In addition, we also offer Paypal, LinePay, and cash on delivery (Taiwan residences only) payment methods to choose from.

Q2: What delivery options are offered and how long does delivery take?

We currently offer two delivery methods (Taiwan residents only):

1) Via local couriers to a specific address

2) Pay on Delivery at designated convenience stores .

For Delivery Times, please refer to the information below for estimated times: (excluding weekends and holidays)

Taipei, New Taipei and Keelung: About 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
All other areas: About 2-4 business days after order confirmation.
Kingmen, Matsu, Penghu or remote areas: About 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
Note the above delivery times are based on the logistic company’s delivery schedules. If you require further information or assistance with delivery progress, you can contact us directly.

Q3: How are shipping charges calculated? Can you deliver to outlying islands or internationally?

We offer free shipping for all of Taiwan (including outlying islands) on all orders totalling NTD1000 or more.

International orders will be subject to international shipping fees. Also, as import duties for different countries and regions differ, all duties (if applicable) will be the receiver’s responsibility.

Q4: How do I cancel an order after placing it online at the Artificer website?

For: Payment not completed orders

If your order status is "Unpaid" and "Not Shipped", you can cancel the order yourself.

The order in the list will indicate "cancel" for orders that are still cancellable. Click on the order number you want to cancel to enter and then proceed to cancel the order accordingly. (*cancellation can only be made if the delivery status shows "not shipped")

Click "Cancel Order" > Click "Confirm Cancellation" of the order > The order status changes to "Cancelled"

For: Payment completed orders

If you have completed the payment and want to cancel the order for a full refund. You can send us a message via the member order inquiry or useArtificer's official Lineto contact us, and a dedicated person will assist you in with your cancellation and refund.

Q5: If I have a gift request, do you offer a packaging service?

We currently do not provide packaging services, but if you have gift request, we can provide our Artificer paper bag free of charge, please let us know in the “Comments or Remarks” section of the online order form!

During special holidays, please note that we do offer holiday limited packaging from time to time (such as: Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, etc.). Please be sure to follow Artificer's official Facebook Page, Instagram or Official Line Account to get up to date information.

Q6: What is Convenience Store Code Payment?

Convenience Store Code Payment is mainly provided to customers who do not have a credit card or whose card does not have an ATM transfer payment function, making it easier to complete the payment process.
When you select "Convenience Store Code Payment" when placing your order. The system will automatically generate a payment code, which you will need to input into the in-store machines located at convenience stores then follow the instructions on their machines to complete payment for order confirmation.

Q7: I just ordered a bracelet on the official website and chose convenience store code payment (but I haven’t completed the payment yet). What should I do if I want to cancel the order at this time?
