Q1: Where are your stores located? I live in the south and would like to know where I can see the colors of the necklaces?
You can refer to the physical sales locationsto find the location closest to you.
Due to the diversity of each one of our partner channels, the product series offered by them will also be different. We recommend that you call the store before visiting to confirm whether the items you are interested in are available in the size and colors or styles you desire.
Or you are welcome to visit Artificer’s Taipei Head Office during working hours from Monday to Friday (10am-5pm) to purchase or to learn more about our products.
Q2: Are the products available for sale on Momo or PCHome or other online retailers authentic Artificer products?
Q3: I feel awkward inquiring at places like Chicababy or Taipei Regent Hotel when I can’t easily see your products on display. Do they really carry your products?
Q4: If I don’t live in Taiwan, how can I purchase the products?
